Serving in ministry is both a privilege and a battle. Many pastors and their wives, ministry leaders, teams, and families in Israel serve day after day in a spiritually exhausting environment. The weight is real, constant demands, unrelenting pressure, six day work week, discouragement, opposition, and little opportunity to step away. Now, add to that, the stress of an ongoing war. Left unchecked, this strain can lead to burnout, strained marriages, fractured families, or even the heartbreaking decision to step out of ministry altogether.

This is why our ministry exists. Because of the long-standing relationships and trust that we have developed over many years with most of the ministry leaders in the land of Israel, we are uniquely positioned to understand their real needs and to serve them well.

We are able to provide them with a safe, life-giving space where these pastors, leaders, teams, couples, and families can step away from the pressures of the field and come apart for rest, refreshment, encouragement, and renewal with people they know and trust.

They are given the gift of unhurried time in God’s presence, where the noise fades and their souls can be still again. With us, they receive counselling, prayer, and biblical encouragement for the struggles they face, along with practical training to strengthen their ministry.

They also find the opportunity to reconnect deeply with God and with one another. Here they discover margin to reflect, be renewed, and regain strength. Sustainable ministry requires intentional times of renewal and peace. To keep going, leaders must be restored and refreshed and our retreats provide exactly that.

The benefits are lasting:
-
Rest for weary bodies and souls – space to sleep, reflect, and recharge without demands pulling at them.
-
Encouragement for discouraged hearts – reminders of God’s faithfulness, His calling, and His promises.
-
Strengthening marriages and families – intentional care to nurture the most important relationships.
-
Tools and training for ministry longevity – equipping leaders to return with fresh vision and strength.
-
Community and connection – knowing they are not alone, but part of a wider family that cares.

Without this kind of care, many would eventually give up or collapse under the weight of ministry. With it, they return renewed, restored, and ready to continue the work God has called them to.

This ministry is not optional, it is essential. It is about keeping God’s servants in Israel healthy, whole, and fruitful for the long run.
